It’s good to have family and friends on Thanksgiving….and it’s sad the Brits don’t have a celebration like Thanksgiving…
and in the meantime…the bears said they already ate…
Louie and Andre wanted to check my blog. They wanted to make sure that Mommy was telling their stories right.

Turkey Day
Mark’s mom and cousin checked out our neighborhood last night….love the lights and sounds….Mark’s mom thought it looked like Times Square….
Mark went out with family to the store and found turkeys….we will have turkey for Thanksgiving….

Last Day in Prague

Mommy decided to let me sleep in with Hello Kitty on Monday. We had our own Hello Kitty room inside Sara’s flat – it looks like a suitcase. It was cozy. Mommy said something about people at work not understanding a woman her age toting a bear like Louie around…..that sounded funnny.

Sunny Prague
day 2 – continued…
Sunny Prague turned into snowing Prague…by the afternoon…..Louie had my bag to keep him warm…Hello Kitty had Sara.
After coffee – Sara wanted to take us to the Prague Castle….but Mommy and Markie pointed out that Prague Castle was in the other direction….

Mommy searches for God in Prague
Day 2….
Mommy tried to go to church on Sunday. But mass was at 8 AM……
I told Hello Kitty I’d meet her under the clock in Old Town. She said ok. So Mommy took me out for a walk in Prague while everybody else slept in.

Prague was lovely. I miss Sara. I wish we could go back….we followed the legend’s instructions…we should be back someday.
We took Louie with us to Prague…met up with our Medill buddy Sara and she let us stay in here flat.
We figured Louie would be better adapted to the cold weather…in the 30s….and it snowed on Sunday and Monday. Louie’s from St. Louis and he grew-up with penguins…he knows about cold weather…

Some highlights from the Czech Republic
Just got back from Prague around midnight last night….It was beautiful, old-looking and cold. It was 50 degrees at London’s Stansted Airport….that felt like a heatwave…
I miss Prague.
Louie has an adventure and meets a new friend…
Hanging with Sara and drinking cheap beer…ok Mark and I drank the beer…Sara had diet coke…or something.

I found a few Americans in this crowd of Mac lovers….queueing for the new Apple store opening tomorrow….
So, I interviewed the Americans and pitched to the Medill News Service….I may be able to get a byline out of this European experience.
These American chaps have been here since yesterday. Hardcore Mac lovers, yah?
