Checking out the competition….

Andrea invited us over to Bloomberg…..I had to say I’m a reporter for the Independent…..we were warned not to utter the ‘R’ word.

Bloomberg likes to think big.

Oh yeah….I’m not suppose to take pictures at Bloomberg.

Our professor mentioned that you know you’re a successful company – if you can have a huge aquarium….like this one. Andrea said she knows she’s been at work for too long when the lights dim on the fish.

Hehehehe…..and here’s an intern from ‘R’…..the rival company….yeah…whatever.

I also learned something on this visit….

You need to be able to see a television screen broadcasting the Bloomberg channel as you touch up your make-up….you just do.

Damn…I wish I could return the favor and invite Andrea and Mark to ‘R’…….but apparently it’s not open to guests……unless you’re related to someone important.
